The waterfront property has been in the family for years, yet never developed. My clients were so excited to be building their dream retirement home on such an exquisite piece of land. The end result needed to feel as though one were living on a cruise ship. Cool white walls were warmed by brushed oak floors and beams tinted with a subtle hint of bluish-green stain. The master ensuite vanity was stained a warm gray-brown. Heavily textured nightstands showcase concrete lamps with linen shades which flank a neutral upholstered headboard. By maintaining clean simple lines throughout the space, your eye always goes back to the view.
