Every room is a small story that is part of a greater tale. This tale should be riveting in its collection of details, i.e. colour, balance, texture, lighting & scale, that ultimately makes the homeowner and their guests feel a particular mood.

👈️👈️Today we are sharing progress shots 👈️👈️Today we are sharing progress shots of this once poorly laid-out kitchen which we transformed into a more functional space with added storage, integrated dream appliances and a wonderful mix of materials that brings the outdoors in for this Squamish holiday home. Our expert team not only revitalized every aspect of the kitchen but we also took the bold step of claiming extra garage space to increase livable space to include a lower level bathroom and TV/guest room. With a touch of mystery and a dash of sexiness, we transformed this main bath into a contemporary sanctuary.
👈️👈️Fluted designs in architecture and f 👈️👈️Fluted designs in architecture and furnishings are having a moment, and in this reno we are we weighing in and concealing a hidden storage space with an integrated access panel. The end result will be painted black. Who knew functionality could be this fabulous!💫 FYI you can purchase panels of flutes from places such as Home Depot if you are not up for the tedious art of creating your own from scratch. And if you are concerned about this design detail becoming passe, rest assured, fluted designs have been in existence for hundreds of years. Shallow grooves running along a surface are not going anywhere 😍

Navigating the complexities of condo renovations is our specialty, and we relish in the difficulties they present. On this project we overcame the design obstacle of working with pre-existing venting and box size chimney openings to create a transitional FP transformation. A bit of additional framing and a fantastic @annsacks glass tile and we were able to create an off-set, stylish update. ✨️
